I recommend great nanny. We are foreigners and will be leaving Russia soon but we would like to help her to find new baby and family to work with. She is about 40 years old, Georgian origin but she has been living in Moscow for 20 years already and has Russian citizenship. She was taking care about our 1 year old boy. He simply loved Her. She was fully attached to him and to the family. Became almost part of it. Always punctual, reliable, responsible and flexible in terms of working hours. Puts a lot of effort in baby development instead of just taking care and spending time with him. Worked for many expat families, collected lots of recommendations already. She is looking for expat or Russian-expat family to work with. Speaks Russian only but understand English.
